- Personal information received from registrants will be used within the scope necessary to achieve the objectives of operating this Society.
Furthermore, when obtaining personal information from registrants, we will clearly state the purpose of its use or provision and acquire it with your consent. Please note that if you choose not to provide your personal information, you may not be able to access certain services.
- 2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
- The personal information provided will be used for the following purposes:。
① To communicate with registrants regarding their application for participation in the Society.
② To manage payment for session attendance (course fees) and registration fees.
③ To send documents related to participation in the Society (e.g., participation certificate, receipt).
④ To verify feedback and responses from surveys after the event.
- 3. Use Outside the Intended Purpose
- Personal information received from registrants will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above.
- 4. Retention Period and Erasure of Personal Information
- Personal information received from registrants will be appropriately stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use and as defined by relevant laws and regulations (such as tax laws).
As a general rule, once a certain period has elapsed following the event (or cancellation) and legal retention obligations as well as operational necessity no longer apply, personal information will be promptly and safely erased or destroyed using appropriate methods.
- 5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
- To achieve the purposes of various procedures regarding the operation of the Society, registrants' names, affiliations, and contact information (address, email address, phone number, etc.) may be provided to the secretariat and related institutions via documents or electronic data.
Except for the above and the following cases, personal information will not be provided to third parties without the registrant's consent: - ・When the registrant has given consent.
- ・When required by laws and regulations.
- ・When outsourcing operations to external contractors for the purposes specified in Section 2 above.
- ・When it is necessary to protect human life, body, or property, and obtaining the registrant's consent is difficult.
- ・When cooperating with national agencies, local governments, or parties entrusted by them to carry out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the registrant's consent risks hindering the performance of such duties.

- We endeavor to manage registrants' personal information accurately and up to date, and implement the following security measures:
- ・Preventative and corrective measures against unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
- ・Necessary education and supervision of personnel regarding the protection and proper handling of personal information.
- ・When outsourcing operations, we execute agreements regarding personal information protection with contractors, verify that personal information is securely managed, and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over them.
- 7. Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.
- If you wish to request notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use/erasure, or suspension of third-party provision regarding your personal data (retainable personal data), please contact the inquiry desk below.
We will promptly take necessary action in accordance with laws and regulations. If we are unable to comply with all or part of your request, we will explain the reason. -
